Cutouts?

While I don't think our trucks would sound all that great with the exhaust uncapped, has anyone done any dyno runs with cutouts open and closed to see how much if any difference there is?

My supercharged mustang made 18 more hp to the tires with the cutouts open on the old setup. I'm making a little more power now, so I'm curious if it will pick up anymore.
 
just put my cutouts on but haven't got to run it yet. i agree, open headers doesn't quite sound like a good ole V8 with open headers does. scared the crap out of my dog when i started her in the garage though
 
Edit: Waiting on some other videos to load on Photobucket for you. A lot of them are saved snapchats or vids I just downloaded off my Instagram so they aren't movie quality lol.

I've got stock manis, no cats and my cutouts are mounted where the second cats were.


and for sound, I love it.





I've had it dynoed with them closed and open, when they're closed it's sent through a magnaflow catback that came with the truck. It makes about 20 more ponies with them open.
Open was 464whp and closed was somewhere in the 440s. My trucks a few thousand miles away, otherwise I'd look at the slips for you.
