Ram Recalls

it doesn't specify what item for each model

if its the airbag, i'm keeping it

and if its the airbag why arnt they fineing the company that made them instead of the car manufacturer
 
Prolly is for the airbag, mine was "replaced" well the sheet says it was replaced but this dealer I went to ha, I dont know if they did that.
 
The airbag was the old recall. This is a new recall for the steering on Rams and fuel tanks on Jeeps.
 
I had my airbag inflators replaced just a few months ago from a recall. A couple of weeks ago I received another notice that the new inflators that were installed were also being recalled. Go figure another day off work. Took about 3 hours
 
If I take one more phone call about a recall I'm going to stick a gun in my mouth.

I have a transfer button on my phone at work. I tell them hold on, let me get you that department. Then I transfer them to 1-800-992-1997

Great idea! They should be the ones fielding all of these calls.
 
I got a recall for my 2005 SRT-10, about a month ago, says they don't have the parts BUT my vehicle needs the recall, says they will notify me when they get the parts...anyone had this done in the Cincinnati area that would recommend a dealer that would do it right ?? Thanks for any input...
 
The parts are available, I already had mine done and have done dozens of others.

that's what my postcard said to, funny how they can't seem to spread out the shipping. ....
 
Any one did this at a dealer near Cincinnati ?? Looking for a dealer with experience...
