I am trying to sell one but I have gotten many questions from srt10 owners claiming that 04 came with just the spoiler, some 05 with spoiler or t cover with spoiler and 06 with t cover and spoiler. what is the difference in fit b/w 05-06. thanks

also , are these are made of aluminum? I heard that aluminum was used to keep the weight down

The cover will fit all three. 04's didn't have a cover. Like you have heard some 05's and 06's came with cover. It is aluminum as well.
As far as diff between 05/06 is interior and front clip obviously. I think the side windows are thicker as well on 06. Some say frame differs but someone else will need to verify. 04's have 2 piston brakes up front. 05/06 have 4 piston ones up front.

"I'll give you a box of chicken and my cover for yours as long as you pay shipping. "

I wish , this gem needs a new home :burnout:

so with the pics I provided is this a 05 or 06?

srt10Fan,

Just some history, all srt-10's were suppose to get the tonneau cover and spoiler but in typical Dodge fashion due to manufacturing issues, nearly half or more trucks never received the cover so Dodge gave a 1k credit for them.

The tonneau will fit all years RC/QC. Since that is a flame red cover it likely came off an 05QC as it was more flame red's made in 05 then 06.

They are also made of aluminum which is one reason nobody that has one for sell wants to try to ship them as they can be damage easy.

These covers are awesome. You just need to take a drive in your truck to pick it up from the seller to get one.

If this cover is Inferno red it is an 06, if it's Flame red it is probably an 05.
There were a few Flame red 06's but they are VERY rare.

im in Texas and the previous owner lives in Florida, thankfully for the right price he drove it to me and delivered it along with the extras that were on the truck.

Yeah ive driven twice for hours in order to get some joe gibbs wheels. And wouldnt mind having to transport this .

If I remember correctly I think Caveman said he had an original tonneau on his 04. I may be wrong that it was Chris that said this but I'm 99% positive that there were some 04's that came with them. I think some of the original 04's had a slightly different design though. I think 05 and 06 tonneau's were identical.
