I have been having problems with the key and getting it to turn in the ignition. I even went and got a new key from the dealer to find out that the tumblers are probably worn out.

What options do I have to resolve this issue?

I don't want to replace the ignition and door locks and get new keys...$$$$$$$

Can I just have the ignition tumblers worked on and fixed and who would do that? A locksmith?

:dontknow:

Highly doubt it bud. For dealerships it's usually a replace to repair deal unless it's a major component that they have skill set for.

And a locksmith would likely still be pricey. So I would just replace it.

So to replace it all id need the ignition, keys with chips and door locks?
Anyone know what that runs there about in price?

If I'm not mistaken, any good Auto Locksmith can put in a new Ignition Switch that matches your existing one key wise.
