My autozone said that the neighborhood was too poor for A SRT vehicle so they never ordered any. ....

LOL, that sounds kinda racist.
Ive found these stock at a total of 4 (somebody beat me at one and cleared it out). Now the first area I found the oil was ironically the last place I thought would have some. My area which kinda fits your description of being to poor for an SRT vehicle, they had like 10 qts.
I had to venture out to further counties to find some more. As of now I have a total of 28 bottles of penzoil 0w-40 and 2 of castrol 0w-40.
I have no plans of putting this in my srt-10 but it will make my srt-6 happy.
I'll look for some more on saturday.
