Can anyone on here provide a video of how you rolled the smaller spider gears into place in the carrier? I know the axle gears have to be compressed but in doing so it makes the axle gears not want to turn whatsoever. If anyone can please provide a video showing how it's done it would be greatly appreciated.

There should be belleville washers behind the axle gears that you compress. you need a tool that holds the gears and compresses the washers. Don't compress to far. Just enough for the spider gears to be inserted. put an axle in a vise to stabilize it and slide the pumpkin onto the axle spline to hold the gear. once you have both spider gears inserted, rotate the pumpkin to position the spider gears until you can install the main pin through the fist spider gear. gently remove the compression tool and push the pin through the last gear. Be gentle with the axle in the vice. any marks may become stress points. there is a tool for this as well. I made my own tools when i did my gear swap .

Wat he says ^^.... I just barely swapped mine out. I was having the same issue as you and i ended up taking an axle and the carrier to a shop. $25 was all.

I used the OEM tools and it still takes the right touch, not too tight and not to loose. I found a 12 pack helped me find the correct combination.
