How to Leave Visitor Message?

Left click on the person’s name that you want to send a message to and a drop down will appear. Click on "View Public Profile" and it will go to a new screen with tabs, Click on the tab that says "Contact Info" and select "Leave a Visitor Message"
Where is the tab that say "contact info". The first part is easy enough, but the contact info tab does not show up.

You need to get your post count up past 50 in order to leave a message. You can go here and accomplish that.
