Jeff what does this consist of and cost? Sorry if there is info in regards to this somewhere. Also, my MFR is 01-04, last four of Vin is 5150, and what is the MDH 011517? Thanks!

Jeff, now that I read your other post I assume my truck was built Jan 15th, 2004 @ 5:00pm? I'll also PM you my last eight digits. Will you be able to identify any history on the truck?

the stryker logo instead of the fangs? Also, can the logo be orange in color?
