About to lose my mind over this last bolt!!! (rear/drivers side). Nothing has worked thus far, so off to Harbor Freight today to find something to rig together like a long brake line wrench, super short non socketed T30 bit and tape! Nothing fits from side or top and no wrench or socket fits past manifold! Other thought is grinding down a 11mm wrench? Why would you do this Dodge, WHY!!!!????:dontknow::mad::mad::mad:

1/4" drive t30 with extensions. If the one you have doesn't fit through the runners use a magnet on the socket under the intake and put the extension through the top. I hope this helps.

I've never removed this manifold. Does someone have a location pic of this troublesome bolt?

It is the inside bolt on the driver side rear of the intake manifold.

Must be talking about the next to past on driver side. Rear most one is easy.
I've noticed some manifold castings don't have enough clearance away for socket and some T-30 to fit. There are 1/4 T-30 that are skinnier than others. I take a pen magnet and stick torx bit through side of intake, then insert extension through the top into bit. Remove bit from extension when done with magnet attached. Use a good quality bit and use care not to strip head of bolt or you'll really have issues.

This is the key. It will go straight to the bolt.

I agree with the 1/4" extensions. Made it tons easier. Make sure to use multiple of the smaller extentions so it flexes a bit. Mine wasn't a straight shot and it was the pass and driver rear bolts for me that gave issues.

So why so difficult to post an image? Add the URL???!!! This really sucks!!!
So, bought flex head magnetic lighted wand and a wrench style ratchet head for a ratchet and off it came, but not easy at all. I see spark plug wires are attached/guided by black brackets. Attached to valve cover bolts? How do I go about removing these brackets to allow for new wires? Thanks for the help.

Pull hard, use a screwdriver at base of wire holder adv body upwards. It grips the bolt threads on valve cover bolt. There are tangs you can pry out to ease removal too
