First off I like to preface this post by saying that I truly admire your trucks and wished I could have owned one myself, but do to where I live and work I needed a vehicle that could be driven year round including snowy winters. They say that imitation is the best form of flattery. Three years ago I decided I would transform my 08 Ram 1500 SLT Sport that I had just purchased into a SRT-10 clone. I made the decision that I would only use OEM parts, which to say was a great decision but a costly and time consuming one. Thanks to members of this site along with junk yards across the country I have finally acheived my goal. You would be hard pressed to tell the difference between my truck and an SRT without opening the hood. For those of you who might scoff at this I would like to point out that there are no SRT-10 badges on the vehicle, I never attempted to pass it off as one and when asked I would tell people it was a Hemi and not a 10. With that being said I wanted you guys to see the finished product.
On a side note, before its mentioned I have the front spindles and brakes going on next month, the calipers are being powder coated as I write this.

Brakes

On the brakes are you installing the ram srt10 brake calipers and spindles?

The regular ram use a 2 piston caliper not a 4 piston the 10's use.

I am. In the pic I was in the process of grinding the casting off so that they will have a smooth finish once they are powdercoated.

Wow. I think you did a great job. I would have the headrests re upholstered to not say SRT10 if it were mine, but it looks good. I love the front splitter.

Looks amazing! Love the stripes and the splitter.

I really need to get around to installing mine.

hell I like it,.... now boost it or spray it and it will keep up just fine!!! I wish I could run a splitter they look awesome

Nice job!

Now it is to nice to drive in the snow, salt & slop. Lol

Someone posted about converting a regular RWD SRT10 into 4X4 and how to do it. This looks like the answer. LOL

Looks great. Just think with your skills what you could have done modifying a real 10. At 118,000 miles I still love the surge and the scene in the rear view mirror of the Beamers and Stangs.

Looks fantastic! What headlights are those? Do they perform well at night?

Nice work and color. This is what I planned to do with my hemi sport but I just ended up buying a 10 instead.

Custom ones I created from a set of 06 headlights. D2S HID kit and shrouds I got from The Retrofit Source, I then added custom LED halos and switchback strips.

Next September will sell truck and buy a 2013 Cherokee SRT. Will have to see what I can do with that. LOL
