Hey guys, I'm a new owner to a beautiful SRT-10. Upon some checking I noticed that I needed to do the Roe Crank Pin kit. I purchased the kit and tonight started working on it. When I unbolted the pulley from the damper I noticed that the pulley has a crack all the way across the ridges. I can see how they made it and I realize that is the seam where they assemble and weld it all together but it just seems as though it should be closed up more than mine is. Anyone else's look like this?

Order up an under-drive pulley.....problem gone!

Frees up a small amount of horsepower....8-10 HP or so.

Questions are why we're all here. That "crack" is machined there are in PS pulley as well. To reduce belt noise and enhance gripping belt.
Our Underdrive pulley is designed to free up power already in the engine by being lighter weight, and smaller diameter, therefore reducing the load in accessories and freeing up power. Accessories unaffected
