In my 05 QC the only time I have had the opportunity to "play" with a Lightening is at a 30-60 MPH roll. 4 out of 4 I smoked (Every single one of them slowed after the thrashing and turned off the road) but remember---getting our weight moving without a lot of tire spinning is a big obstacle.
From a dig he'll get you all day unless you have a really good launch. From a roll it depends. Don't hit him in his sweet spots/shift points. No 20/25 rolls especially if he gets a tuner and ups his line pressure and redline. Hit him at 35mph so he's at the very bottom of 2nd. Try it out and let us know though. I had a Lightning way back when. They launch really easily until you throw a 4+ pulley on them.
