At what rate are you having to add oil?

You will see oil stains simply because of emissions

Not very clear pic but looks there are good oil in there.
 
Lol ya pic is crappy but can't figure out why there would be oil behind the throttle body

I have a catch can. Is there a way to do away with that stuff. I'm running 15-50 oil and a 170 thermostat I live in Washington so it doesn't get that hot here could that be an issue? My catch can has some nasty stuff in it and the lines seemed almost plugged when I took them apart
 
You're ventilating crankcase and in turn constantly sucking up oil vapor from valve covers that gets recycled into intake. Think pcv system minus pcv valve ::rock:
