I have my 099 Yellow Fever on eBay for sale. This the second week for the listing and had several bids last week and correspondence with one bidder at the end of that listing. I've relisted again this week again with a reserve. This time I've had two bidders and the second met the reserve. I guess if he winds up being the high bidder by close of the listing Monday I have sold the truck.
My question is if any of you have sold a vehicle on eBay have you run into any problems that I should be careful about. The sale is cash in person and we will do a title transfer a the local Department of Motor Vehicles.
Any comments will be appreciated.
Thanks

The only problem I have ever had is the high bidder not having the money, then you have to list it all over again. That happened to me twice on the same motorcycle. Other than that no different than selling anything else. I agree if it's a cash sale do not pay eBay commission, if you can find a go around and talk directly. Good luck with the sale and with your health. It's a beautiful truck

Not to be a different approach but, IF you are using Ebay to meet people and sell the vehicle, isn't it a little crude to try and not pay Ebay for the process ? You agreed to their terms when you listed the item, then people suggest you "stiff" them for their assistance in the sale ??!! Just my $.02

I always list mine I reserve to right to pull listing at any time for any reason.
If you're in Idaho and you're sending a truck to get it, then fine but if you want to come down and give me money, I don't need eBay for that.
