Low rpm miss

My truck had a sporadic low rpm miss while under load.
Above 1500 rpm or so its fine.
Plugs are clean and it seems to run better when cold.
Anyone experiencing a similar miss???
 
Are you seeing tach jump when it misses? Could just the warm temp timing being pulled and associated change in engine sounds. Otherwise could be injector or plug wire.
 
The tach is steady but you can feel the roughness when its pulling. It never set off a code tho. Occasionally it will backfire in the intake thats why I thinks its going lean.

Sounds like a bent or sticky valve boss. Possibly anyways :(
 
When I first got my truck it would do that , it would studder and miss on a hard launch, replaced the plugs and it went away
 
compression check......quickly............before there is more trouble.....
