The engine dyno at Exotic Engines measures flywheel horsepower , should be pretty accurate and it made 862 flywheel horsepower on 91, so probably close to 880 on MS109 fuel, so according to you our trucks have a 32.2% drivetrain loss (597 rwhp). Again just a number, but that seems a little high. So who's to say which dyno is the most accurate, maybe Mustangs read too low, just saying. I will report the actual drag strip times along with the temp, and DA, so everyone will know what is possible. Also I don't have $40,000 MORE than you in my truck, several people have helped (and donated time and interest) in this project. I can't thank them enough. Please please please..... Just make one run on a Mustang Dyno once you have all of the final tuning done just so we all know what this thing put down. I am about as neutral as it get's in this debate but I know all of my buddy's around here are now using Mustang Dyno's and I would love to know what your truck is putting down on one. My buddy just finished his pro-charged Camaro on a fairly conservative tune last week and it only put down 526 on a Mustang. Mustang Dyno = Heart Breaker. If you do my guess will be 631

I think he's saying he's ready for another truck. Not sure what's up with Jerry. Checked on him a few months back but no update on truck. :dontknow:

For having spent a hell of a lot of money on his motor and truck, I haven't seen it run for the last two years.

Truck is safe, not for sale. waiting for Chris jensen to get time from his busy schedule from Porsche Racing Development . getting close, maybe in a week or two, will take it down to Chris and leave it for a week and get the street manners back in order, and ready to race this fall when the weather is cooler. Getting close guys.

No, sorry. Although I do have new 18x5 Bogarts for the front with M&H front runner bias ply tires, and brand new M&H Cheaters for the back the next time I hit the strip. The last time I ran I still had the old M&H's on the back, and 18x7 Bogarts on the front with radial tires, which was probably causing the truck to wander around on the high end....not a good feeling. If you remember I made 2 passes last year and I had a tuning issue on the starting line. With the stock engine I used to launch at 4500 rpm, but with the new engine and more power I launched at 3000 rpm, got a severe stumble that cost at least 1 second in ET, but once it recovered it pulled very hard thru the gears. On the old stock setup I used to run in the 11.60's @118, going thru the 1/8th at about 95-98 mph . The runs on the new engine, with over 1 second lost with the stumble I ran in the 12.20's, while only going 87 mph at the 1/8th....but it pulled to over 124 mph in the 1/4 mile, real strong on the top end.
