Ok. So took the truck into town one day, all was fine and running as normal. Got home and parked it. Next morning, came out and won't start. I get power to everything, but it just clicks once when pushing the ignition and nothing. Tested votlage at battery and at the starter. Running around 12.4 volts normal and drops to around 11.8 at battery and starter when trying to start. Did the old trick of tapping the starter while someone try starting it. Still same thing every time when pushing the ignition.
It's a 2005 QC, so obviously has an automatic transmission. Tried switching to neutral, and same thing.
Any suggestions? I figure starter or battery. But wanted to check here before guessing.
Any other tests to try that will narrow it down?

Starter or wiring to starter or bad cell in battery. Start with battery test, then starter test.

If you jump it , which sometimes won’t help either way, does it start ?

Mine did same thing but like same exact thing your describing ended up being the starter

Since it’s automatic, put it into neutral and have a friend or friends help push it until it starts rolling then shift it into second gear. If it starts right up, it’s a bad starter. ;)

I still think it's he starter exact symptoms mine did when my starter went south

Try reverse--geared lower---push faster or down hill if in San Fran---then sell us what's left. :D

Guess when you have a republican dick so far up your ass, it’s hard to catch anything other than the sensation of balls clapping on your taint.
