Without going back and reading tons of shock ideas any suggestions for shock replacement. I want the original ride as my shocks have lasted 120,000 miles and I would like to duplicate. OEM is not an option as the factory buys whatever is at best price at the time so need a little help from my friends. Mine as you know is a DD and I do not carry a load. A load of crapola sometimes but this is it. I do like a softer ride as I went to the 45 height tires over the 40's to a get a little more cushion.
Thanks in advance.

There are a few options for the trucks, QA1, JTSVP (adjustable or Non-adjustable) and Ride Tech (?) Not 100% on that. I think some OEM shocks are still available as well.

OEM are Bilstein and great boss. Either those I can get new for you or QA1 which you have need for. They're an adjustable shock for tailoring ride to track or strip.

There a bunch of replacement shocks that come up on rock auto. If you don't want to spend a fortune on the brands suggested.

I have a set of OEM Bilsteins with 30,000 miles on them. I'll sell you all 4 shipped for $125. PM if interested.

Hey Mike (if I remember correctly), are yours for an RC or a QC. Something you and Shorty should know as I am 99% positive they are different, or at least the rears.

Mine are for a 2005 Quad Cab. I checked Rock Auto, they sell the same shocks for either model.

Tincup Do you still have those oem quad cab bilstein shocks?

Could you send me an email. It won’t let me pm you for some reason [email protected]

Just to help with some mental comfort... I had met Tincup in person a couple years ago when I bought something from him. Good guy and you should feel confident in buying from him.
