Any Grillers out there wanna help me out? Do any of you know how to properly BBQ (gas grill) beef short ribs? They have bones. Do I precook them and then BBQ or do I cook them from raw on the grill? I know I need to hold the sauce till the end its from the beginning till there I need help with

THANK YOU!

I have looked on the trusty old internet but there's to many options. I wanna get it right the first time :D

Step 1, Buy ribs
Step 2, turn on bbq
step 3, put ribs on bbq until cooked
step 4, remove from bbq
step 5, shove ribs in your pie hole...

:)

Smoking ribs would be awesome!! I will try that some day fo sho

Very simple for great TENDER ribs. Buy your ribs along with a bottle of seasoned meat tenderizer. Brand really doesn't matter (McCormicks's, Adolf's, etc.). Rub them sucker's down real good with the tenderizer when you get home, cover'em, put'em in the frig overnight, cook slow over grill the next day until so tender that they will fall off the bone. If you like sauce then either sauce'em when they are done are just use your sauce as a dip at table. Using meat tenderizer is the key and I prefer using a charcoal grill over gas as charcoal smoke adds favor. Also you must drink cold beer while they are cooking! Try it I think you will like it.
