Viper parts of america .....These guy's are serious D-bags!!! Called to talk to the guy and he freaked out because I wasn't ordering over 500$ worth of parts he even told me to go f myself lmao if he only lived closer I may have to pay him a visit.... who treats customers like that anyways

Viper parts of America was purchased by parts rack (several years ago) and is now viper parts rack of America. The person who the he dealt with was likely none other than Jon B. I've had a similar experience with Mr. B

He's super hit or miss and should have gotten out of the customer service industry long ago...

The guys an ass.
 
How about the guys that actually build and keep these beasts on the road for a living ? :dontknow:

The last time I used them I had no problems, but that was a few years ago.

Try Tony, he's been on this site since the beginning.
