Son of a beesh. Lost belt driven items then parked her. The belt didn't break the pulley was just kind of kinked to the side. I removed the belt and retightened the bolt (didn't have a tq wrench) started her up and thought it was fine until I could get that bolt tq to spec. Tried to drive her tonight but the pulley is kinked again and all belt driven items not working. Took less than 500 miles from purchase date to get snake bitten. Thoughts on where to go from here?

    Thanks in advance.

The small bolts attach the drive-pulley to the vibration dampener.
Check with a mirror to see what is going on down there and while you're at it, have a look at the pulley too. :)

The 21mm center bolt is the one that is loose, but I will check the others this next go around, thanks. I wasn't really thinking about the driveshaft spinning in neutral when tightning down is there a correct procedure for getting it tight while the truck is on the ground. Leave it in gear?

    Thanks again.

Yup common for them to back out and let damper spin on crank about. :(
Bring her up the road and hour to me and I'll get ya right.

Yes leave it in gear. But again that chirping noise was your damper cutting into crank and vice versa. New damper at minimum!

After further examination there are small grooves inside the balancer. So fucked, curtain call.

    Ati balancer $400 ish?

Crankshaft $5k-7k, plus tow cost. $17k in the hole now over four years. I think I made a mistake buying this truck. A freakn bolt backing out mind u it was like that when I got it and I just missed it. I don't know what I'm doing at this point, this is was my daily driver, gave the daytona to my kid. Scott what are the options as far as balancers go, that is my starting point, i guess. Ugh.

You absolutely do not need a new crank shaft.. Just bolt on the new balancer and you will be fine...
Dealer tried to charge me the same back in 2005 when that happened to me, i had them sand down the end of the shaft to remove burs and put on a new stock pulley, .. They bitched and complained and wanted to do a new crank,.. Never had a problem
