Is this SRT-10 as good as it looks?

Greece? its been lowered and nicely done too. I would buy that in a minute, inferno Red is a nice color. Good luck with the truck mate..

Thanks mate, I could not tell that it was lowered. Any information or anything that I should be worried about? As far as I remember, the SRT-10 was produced until 2006, but in the ad it says that this is a 2007 model.

Also, is this a stock air intake or not? Check also the marked spots in the attached picture below, as it looks different from other engine bays, unless they were different variations through some models?

it has a catch can and a ton of after market goodies, you need to buy her mate..

None of the items marked are stock. CAI is a volant with a hood scoop. Catch can and breather, but can’t tell what brand it may be, possibly JMB. The fuse box just got some fancy emblems as well as the radiator cover. By the looks of it I’m almost positive everything else is pretty much stock.
 
Anyone have a clue what that is to the right of the AC Controls? Looks like a LCD screen of some sort.
And dang, someone liked emblems :p

It looks like an earlier customised sort of immobiliser or key alarm? I have no clue. Oh and yes, I think the emblem on the dashboard idid not come from the factory, right?

Did you recognised the headers? That is impressive, any ideas what are the benefits of the specific CAI and Headers additions in terms of horsepower, responsiveness etc?
 
I had the chance to have a close look and took some photos. Here how it looks like underneath and also under the hood. I think the previous owner insulated the headers but not entirely, unless I’m missing something here. What do you guys think?

Rusty, stock exhaust with rusty headers? AND a Volant? Whatever the headers gave the Volant will take away. The rear suspension will wheel hop like crazy. Axle was flipped on top of the already flimsy springs without any axle wrap limiters.

Stay away.

Is it that bad that I should stay completely away? Can you be more specific with reference to the wheel hop and axle issue you are referring?
 
Those are Mopar Performance equal length long tube headers. All they need is to be re-coated and they will look like new again. They are very expensive.
I lowered my truck and I didn't have any wheel hop.

its a good truck. These trucks in any form are getting rarer and rarer. BUY IT while you STILL CAN!
 
For the right price this truck is still a win. Nothing some beers and wrenching can’t fix.

I am working on it to purchase her. :D

Can you provide me with more info regarding these headers? Gains and their price tag?
 
For a solid pair of mopars you’re looking at $1K or more. New is a different story if there is even any out there cuz these are no longer made or available. Gains are only as good as your set up and tuning.
