The factory fill will never hurt you. It will be quieter and the syn fill is like Goo. However, if you wish to minimize parasitic drag, speed up shifting and maintain the OEM specification (and Tremec), the Redline D4 full synthetic fluid is awesome.

I run it and have done so since I got the truck. NO issues.

Thank you for your information but I checked this oil and it is for an automatic my one is a manual
 
I actually called Tremec and asked what they recommend. I was told that the OEM was the officially approved fluid, but "a lot of guys use Mobil 1 synthetic ATF" and it works very well. So that is what I used.
 
Same for the rear differential fluid ... I used royal purple when I changed it ... been in there a long time
