2005 QC passenger front completely froze up...not sure where to get a rebuild kit or new caliper. So far the dealer has sent me the wrong part and so has Summt. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems to have been a problem on these trucks for years .. mine does it when I drive about 20 to 40 miles now .. damn right side got so hot the rotor was glowing red ... it’s done it over the years multiple times .. when it cools off it’s fine on that side then the other side will do it .. same results cools off and it’s fine again .. it only happens when I’m going light to light in traffic.. it’s weird .. never seen anything like it ... flushed the brake fluid multiple times as recommended by many over the years on this site ..
I have a full rebuild kit that I will attempt when I get a chance ,, king procrastinator here .. I’ve had the kit for years lol .. got it from JTSVP.

I have a 2004 SRT10. When it needed Brakes about 3 years ago, I took it apart. The Rotors and Shoes had TRW part numbers. The Calipers are Brembo, but the rest is TRW. $64 each for the rotors and $32.00 per Box for the front and Rear Pads. Stan

04 trucks have single piston calipers ,,, 05 has 4 piston calipers . How do you know they are Brembos ? Brembo says they don’t make calipers for the ram srt10

Tony JTS rebuilds them, he done mine a few years ago...good people. He sent me the new rebuild, and I sent the core back when installed.
