I removed the passenger side wiper cowl to look for the outside air inlet for the ac/heater recirculating opening ..
first I saw a silver type square of metal tape but didn’t see the inlet .. anyone have any idea where it is located ?
I also noticed a black plastic box that was about 4 inches by 4 inches bolted to the firewall under the cowl about mid point but toward the passenger side .. it had a vacuum hose connected to it .. any idea what that box is ?

Maybe it's the famous black box; just like planes have.

    Or maybe not...

Well I’m getting rid of that spy box then ... lol

Actually I think it has something to do with the cruise control .. why it was located in that spot is beyond me.

As for the outside recirculate air entrance. ... I duck taped a slit area between the steel of the firewall .. other than that I don’t see anything that would resemble an opening for outside air to enter ... the area of duct taped seems to have made the ac blow harder , so my guess is that was the correct area to put the tape ... hmmmm !

Maybe drive around with your windows down; then close them a little bit at a time over the next hour or so.
When they are finally closed all the way, watch for signs of oxygen deprivation.
You may need to move the duct tape around until you find the right spot.
