Power Seat "moves"

power seats work just fine, but the seat slides about an inch back/forth under gas/brake. Doesn't seem to be a deadly issue, but quite annoying.

Bad motor, brackets, pin...ect?

I have the same truck and the same issue. I haven't fixed mine yet, but you can find a steo-by-step fix here that a guy put out for his Durango many yrs ago. I believe it's the exact same thing for our Rams. Basically, there's a bad washer in one of the slider rails that needs to be replaced.

I'm no grease monkey, so I'm a little afraid of pulling my seat apart and not being able to get it back together properly LOL

Mine probably moves like 1-4mm from time to time also.
