Whats up guys have had my truck for barely a week so im learning and upgrading everything to get the truck in great condition. That being said what would (in your opinion) the best performance shocks to replace factory and also would like to learn some more on the SCT tuner considering how cheap it is.

Also while im posting what plugs and wires are recommended?

Jtsvp.com .. call Tony he’s the man .... Has adjustable and non adjustable shocks that you can upgrade to adjustable later if you want ...

SCT .... Torrie at unleashed tuning is the tops . The SCT comes with tunes , I think 3 .. ... again talk to Tony about that at JSTVP.COM

Thanks man ill definitely be checking him out.

I second Tony. I've bought practically all my Viper truck stuff from him.

thumbs up for Tony also.

will be orderin a set of shocks from him in a couple of days.

try & find new Bilsteins for our beasts

Stock Bilsteins with stock springs work the best. They are dampened to match the high spring rates. Tony's "adjustable" shocks are good if you have changed your springs.

Yes, SCT with CUSTOM tunes from Torrie work incredibly well. If you drop in a "canned" tune, you will run "safe rich" (< 11:1 A/F), especially over 4500 RPM and will leave HP on the table. Having a custom tune in the 12.6:1 A/F range will maximize your thrust curve to redline.

If you buy your tuner from Torrie, he is more willing to work with you on a custom tune. Be sure to have a Wideband A/F gauge to assist the tuning.
