I have just come up with a set of night runner wheels for $200 Au. and just 20 mins drive from my place.

Buy those in a flash.I wonder if you have a shop there that can fix them. If not call Detroit wheels here in the USA and they will fix them for you. Shipping back and forth might be costly though.
 
I have already bought them, they are straight with some minor kerb damage. 2 of them have 2006 dated pierelli scorpion zero tires still on them. I am very happy with my purchase. and yes a guy I went to school with (Wicked wheels) can repair them back to as new condition is only 5 mins away from my place.

Trash the old tires ... being that old is not worth the risk ...
