So in a month or so, I'll be adding B&B longtube 1 3/4" X 3" headers, no cats, QTP cutouts, but not sure about which mufflers to get. Ya'll have any special preference for your trucks? I'd like to have a rumbling growl.

B&B has THE lowest sound out there.
Really? Who do ya'll recommend then? I am not an exhaust expert, so my knowledge of companies that make headers is limited. I had Kooks headers installed on my 05 QC SLT, but they don't sell the V-10 headers. I want the best sound and performance I can get.

On a different note I have Belanger headers and looks like Flowmaster chamber mufflers and electric cut outs. Sounds real good

So I've been surfing Youtube for exhaust sound, and stumbled across one with Wicked Flow Kamikaze mufflers. It sounds badass. I might go with that, instead of B&B mufflers.

My exhaust was custom made in a muffler shop long before I bought her but I like it. The problem with off the shelf systems for us is the freight cost to NZ.
$1200+ So our muffler shops fabricate a lot of systems. I will take some pics

Have a look at these for ideas. I like the way it's balanced rather than all down 1 side

WOW, that's a lot of cash just for shipping!

That's an interesting set up. What type of tubing is that coming off the headers?
It has a heat wrap on it. Has multiple uses, keeps heat down when near floor or starter motors etc, keeps heat in helps with the chimney effect like a fireplace, if you use on headers it keeps the under hood temp down heaps, good for ol' 6 cylinder engine with triple side draught Weber's

I'm picking Flowmaster or similar chamber muffler. Coby (hotdog) mufflers on rear

Ahh got it Kiwi... "hot dogs" makes sense now in your signature.2.5" tail sections with hot dogs. :D

So 4 mufflers..curious...any videos with the sound? Start up and then rev?
