Reverse engine wear?

I think the miracle lube craze started with STP.

At least that stuff didn't make any wild self-healing claims. In fact, it didn't really state anything about what it was supposed to do, on the container it originally came in.

The only additive I know for sure works is Hotshot FR3 ... I've seen increased mpg in my cars and my diesel motor home. Less oil consumption in the diesel as well.

And Ronnie, those old STP commercials with Andy Granatelli trying to hold the end of a screwdriver coated with that stuff was priceless. That actually did work. So much of this other snake oil has been sued multiple times and by the FTC.

Andy Granatelli !!

Oh Wow, that name takes me back!!

I love the Camera guy's comment in the Honda video about the product: "Highly Non-Toxic".
Kind of like a Comedian I saw the other night:"Highly Not Funny".

Anyway, both OSHA and OH&S think differently about nano-particles roaring around inside people.

If there are only "2" nano particles in that syringe full of goop it would still qualify for containing nano-particles and should be from a company standpoint "Highly Profitable" and keep them away from courtrooms.

If you can't trust a guy in a parking lot shooting video, who can you trust?

Yes, NANO-TECH has been studied and yes grants have been issued for the development but LONG before these guys sold their miracle lube. One nano-tech application that comes to mind is making paint jobs on planes more resistant to dirt and general grime.

If you really want to purchase Nano particles of all sorts, you can buy the particles themselves. If you put them into STP it might even do something.

Interesting commentary. As always, you know your stuff. I'll just stick to my AmsOil products then.
