I sure miss the sheer number of active members that used to be on this Forum.

Back then, dedicated individuals were hard at work digging to find interesting little known info about our new trucks. Others were developing parts and pieces to make the trucks more powerful, reliable, look "nicer" and everything in between.

The information exchange, detailed tech questions and sometimes Vendor's squabbles, made things rather colorful at times.

With this hobby (all hobbies maybe??), people will often agree to disagree. Particularly when discussing the path to greater performance when at best we are all only "optimizing the compromises" and you can count on interesting discussions on how to reach someone's performance goal.

Many trucks have now seen a few owners, been through interesting changes or even written off due to a variety of circumstances.

As some of these trucks are now 16 years old, it is only normal, I guess.

For the new members, dig around and hopefully you'll find interesting things in the archives you didn't know.

Ronnie

Those were some interesting days for sure Ronnie . Lots of GTGs and meeting some really good people was a huge part also.
Periodically some of us old timers pop back in to see what’s going on . It’s sad to see very little activity now . True, most have sold their trucks , other trucks wrecked , some just blew up the motors , most likely trying the new mods or just outright having a little to much fun .

I have been a member since 2006, but I have just now got the time to spend on the site. Retirement does that for you. I am posting more now due to the time on my hand. Once the Covid-19 is under control we need to have a national gathering some ware.

I just stay quiet mostly
Hey Jeff,
Some threads such as the one Old Colt posted about his truck, it says I don't have sufficient privileges to post a reply. What does it take to get full access?

Hi Jeff,

Even though I have been a member since 2006, I lost my ability to show items I want to sell. All of this happened when we went to the new format/program. I get the sufficient privileges message also. You told me back then to use the General Discussion. That is not as affective as buy sell. Any other solutions? to my problem.

Another subject, I still have no communications from Pattymelt. Maybe someone else should try. I will continue my effort.

@Shaggy can you look into permissions, I don’t have that access to review or update

as far as pattymelt, he doesn’t work for me and I can’t compel him to do anything. Only thing I would suggest is keep trying, but not in a nagging way. I only suggested him as he has been doing this for years with Vipers, he might not have what he needs to do RAM SRT-10’s. I just don’t know

Hi @Shaggy,

Can you solve this for me. This has been going on for 8 months. Even though I have been a member since 2006, I lost my ability to show items I want to sell. All of this happened when we went to the new format/program. I get the sufficient privileges message also. I was told back then to use the General Discussion. That is not as affective as buy sell. Please solve my problem.

Hi @Shaggy, what Sigma said. Some posts on here I'm unable to respond to, all I can do is "like" the post. Can you set me up also?

173,000 miles on my '05 QC and still going strong. Trying to sell her as my bride needs something a lot lower, a little more mellow, and smother to ride in so probably a Chrysler 300 is in the future. Seems the market for our beasts is kinda dead after the COVID crap started. Do miss the chatter but been busy with taking care of her (stage 3 cancer---her 3rd bout with the ugly cancer) and keeping beans on the table have not had the time to visit the site like in the old days. Blessings to all

Sorry to hear about your wife's health issues. As far as the SRT10 market goes, my truck sold in a few days to the first person who looked at it, for full asking price.
