When the engine was stock, mine was 75 cold, 35 at idle (warmed up) and 60 at 2800 (warmed up).

High pressure is good! these truck were known to blow off the cheap oil filters, occasionally.

You mentioned that you were using a mopar filter was it the VIPER designated filter or the SRT filter?

That is my point these 10's require a VIPER filter other than the cheap stuff on the market.
The wix is good for 200 psi (burst)

I'm at 100 psi on a cold start but still a long way from blowing a filter off the base.
