Hello, I haven't been able to figure out what to do with the hydraulic fluid lines. After removing the OEM fan, I have 3 open lines. 1 braided line from the top of the pump, 1 braided line from the steering rack, and one soft line that was connected to the fan. How do I re-plumb it?

Thanks!

No, lol. I have fans and lines. I just need to know what goes where so I can connect them. I've never had a hydraulic fan before but I'll figure it out and post the solution. Thanks!

Okay, I wasn't clear on what you were doing. Based on your title, I thought you were switching over to electric.

Yes, Im switching to electric. I was trying to say I have no experience with hydraulic fans so I don't know what to do with the lines. It's not a big deal, I'm sure I'll figure it out. I thought someone might know. I took my truck apart for lits of mods and I don't want to make any mistakes.

Does anyone know if I need a pressure regulator for the pump after removing the hydraulic fan? I'm running an underdrive crank pulley.

The power steering pump puts out in excess of 1400 psi which can be handled by the power steering rack. If you maintain the original hose sizes in and out of the rack on the way to and from the pump, steering feel will be the same.

No need for a regulator.
