Does anyone have this steering wheel? If so did it come on your truck? I've never seen this before. Claims to be OEM New old stock for our trucks but it's new to me.

(I have no intensions of buying it or one like it)

Looks cool but not 1k cool. Don't think the weight loss is worth the price tag. I have never seen one of these either.

Dang I guess I got a good deal on mine!

I just bought this steering wheel for my '04, it totally makes the inside of the truck! The wheel is much fatter, much like the new Ram Limited's, but even better design, it has the popular flat bottom and is made of REAL carbon fiber! I got it from hey also do a carbon fiber shift ball and still uses the gear plate on top. it too looks amazing.

UPDATE...I had this truck three weeks, and totaled it last Friday! met an SUV in a blind turn on my side of the road; tried to serve and save but hit a ditch and rolled it. The truck is going to be parted out at CoPart in Dunn, NC. No airbags deployed (didn't have the side curtain ones) but removed this steering wheel, not a scratch on it, and reinstalled the factory on. i bought this a two weeks ago. It comes with the rear audio controls but no airbag or cruise button on the front.

I also have a new set of powder coat (red) valve covers, w/ stainless steel (not a sticker) chrome lettering, and never had a chance to install.

Also, i have a Red cold air intake (metal boot powder coated red) with matching catch can.

If you're interested in the rest of the truck, call CoPart in about a week. rest of the truck, the interior is perfect! (except headline). Engine, tranny and all driveline, wheels and tires are untouched from the accioident. i just put new General Grabber UHT tires on last week, they are in new condition as are the wheels. however, not one body panel is salvageable!

If interested, buzz me back and i can provide more pics of the others.

Could have sworn the OEM steering wheel had the carbon fiber top section just like the 06-10 jeep srt8’s did. It was definitely not as defined as the one in the link, but it’s there. If they are anything like the jeeps they tend to fade and become slippery rather quickly.

Are you selling the steering wheel?

Yes, still have it. I paid $899 plus shipping. it was made by carbontastic in CA. nothing like them, well worth it. i would keep it, but I'm headed to pick-up a '05 Commemorative Saturday. I'm buying the same wheel with blue stripe and stitching for that one too, but keeping the original wheel. I have had a couple offers, but i couldn't take what they offered. It is brand new and you don't have to wait 6 weeks to be made.

I'm flying to Naples, FL this Saturday. not sure where you live but i could bring it with me and meet on the road somewhere. Make me a good offer; text me if you want.

Man, hate to hear this! Hopefully everybody involved is ok! How much for the valve covers? I was getting ready to buy a set and get them powder coated, with the SS lettering. I believe they will fit on a 2005, right?
