is the only way to replace the visor light is buy a new visor? That dont make sense to me but i don't see any bulb size in the manual and do not seems like the lense comes off. Thank you.

It should just pop off, just like the overhead light and console. I'll look at mine if I remember, and let you know. I swapped all my interior lights (not counting visor), with LED bulbs. Man, what a difference it made!

ok thanks, that's what i want to do but i dont want to break the lense, every plastic trim is fragile, lol

AM53 (I don't believe that is your real name) ;)

Where did you get the LEDs?

I'd like to change the old original "Yellow" bulbs as well.

I got them at the speedshop I use. Not sure the part number, I'll have to make a note and get it for you. The LED's make a world of difference. And my name is Bill, but you can call me by my nickname, "Bull".

Sorry CYS, totally forgot to look at the visor light... As for what you said about the trim, yes, it's brittle due to age. I didn't have a problem popping the Dome light lens off, but my overhead console cracked when popping the driver side lens off. I was able to get a whole new (well, fairly new) console from X2 Builders. Just need to be real careful with using the flat head screwdriver when popping the lens out.

So I looked at my visor light, and you're right, it's a mystery on how to take the lens off. AND I discovered that both visor lights do not work, LOL. Guess I won't be able to powder my face anymore while scooting down the road. I'm gonna look online to see what I can find about it, I'll let you know.

thank you sir, yeah, i've tried searching and no luck. So i've figure i reached out and see if other fellow owners have any idea.

Maybe someone will. I'm going to the speedshop on 1-22 to get my new radiator that leaks, replaced. I'll ask the P/N for the dome light, etc.

Same only different shown in the video above.

The little notch you are looking for is at the TOP of the covers in our trucks (2005)

So I asked the shop about the LED's. I was told it's a 192? But, you can just google it, and get them. I highly recommend these new lights, have to wear shades when I open the door, LOL. Here is a link, and that's what my bulbs for the dome, and overhead consle look like. You might have to squeeze the holding prongs in the light assembly closer together to make sure the bulbs stay secure.
