Put your Health issues here I will kick it off. I had double knee replacements in April 21 Have put on some spare in case of famine. Busy exercising/exorcising the weight loss Was 127kg...currently 127kg Anyway that part needs a little work
I too have storage for famine, a warehouse full, LOL! Good to hear you're doing better Kiwi. You'll be back to pole vaulting in no time... I was at 330 lbs in July, down to 296 as of yesterday. It's easy to put it on, and pure hell to make it go away. But, it's a mindset, and I'm determined to lose a total of 100. Anyone know how Vipr is doing?
I had a double lung transplant on 12/31/19. Then had A-fib and Spent about 65 days in hospital, got out just as the Covid started. 6 months latter I was diagnosed as a diabetIc. The first 9 months were pretty rough, but exercising now and getting stronger. Trying to loose weight but I’m still taking steroids so weight loss is slow.
Good grief! Street hang in there buddy, it will get better. The fact you're exercising is a big positive, stick with it! My little problems are nothing compared to what you've endured in the past few years, I have no right to complain about anything.
Just remember as you post. There is NO HIPAA consideration here: The Privacy Rule standards address the use and disclosure of individuals’ health information (known as “protected health information”) by entities subject to the Privacy Rule. So remember, anything you post here is available to the world and any ET's that are tapped in looking for their next test subject
There are no instant fixes except cutting bits off like a leg or arm. That is probably a bit extreme. Time and discipline is what it takes. Keep eating the right food, no that does not include Twinkies or doughnuts, and keep exercising and we will all be OK.
Yep. Low Carb deals with just meats, cheese and other dairy products, leafy veggies. I'm not eating any breads, rice, starchy foods.
So it’s been awhile since we discussed this. Just thought I would pass on, I’m doing NSNG and in the last 30 days I’ve lost 20 lbs, I’m never hungry, I’ve lost the inflammation in my joints and my daily pain level from arthritis has went from a 5 to a 1, measured on the kidney stone pain level scale. I wonder how the next 30 days will pan out
This is fantastic news, Jeff! Keep heading in the right direction. Since July, I've now lost 60 lbs doing the low carb, and feeling much better. I was on three BP meds, and the doc has now taken two of them off the menu for me
