New Hood

True..... any good body shop/ hot-rod shop, or boat builder could graft in a few inches on the scoop for you. All you would need is an aftermarket hood (fiberglass) and some coin. :rock:

To top it off that stuff itches like some Acunua Crabs. I never have really looked at the hood from that perspective but I think I would do it in steel ,cut the factory ,weld in the new one but the part I am unsure of would be the sub structure and what mods that would take to keep integrity of the whole structure . One PIA is the late bodies are made from thinner HSS steel which can be a bigger pain to weld than the stuff I normally work on .
