Album section..

I upped it to 8 per upload and you can add 200 pics per album with the total number of pics at 600. So you could have 3 different albums with 200 pics per.
 
OK, guess I won't the the Registry thing, at 1 per truck I would need 9500. It will be a while though before I get to 600 Fully Registered Trucks so it will still be fun
 
You want me to move it up to 15 per? I am not sure if that will hurt the speed of the forum if you are uploading 15+ images at once. You good with 10?

Your time? You need to correct it in your UserCP.

UserCP > Edit Options > Date & Time Options and then choose your own time zone.

Hmmm, I am totally fine with doing it if it was on my server, but I am not sure how this host that vtcoa.com can handle bigger files. Let me find out and will get back to ya :D
