Which Photoshop is Best?

    CS5 is the newest version... but, my Wife has used CS4 for a few years and found it hard to transition to the new version. She said it was laid out very different. :dontknow:

    would photoshop elements not fit the bill ? photoshop CS stands for "creative suite" which does more than just photos.

    Kinda depends what your lookin to do I guess ,..... all my stuff is done using CS4 .... like dis kinda stuff .....

    I just looking to do a lil of it all, trucks and all kinds of photoagraghy...think imma try that CS4 Jim, you have a pm sir...

    Especially if you know someone that is going to school (any college, for ANY major). You can get the "Student" Version, which is the exact same as the FULL version, for half price. :rock: Sarah got her's through a friend that was going to college and paid half. :)

    Gimp is as free open source photoshop type software package. I've never used the actual photoshop so I don't know how it compares. For free, give it a try.

    Paint.Net is another pretty comprehensive editor. Also free.

    Your right Dave, those are some cool Graphics software packages for n/c ..
