well for a long time health care has cost far too much.
and has been far too inconvenient.

in many other 3rd world country's if your sick you just take the meds you need.
no reason to go to the doctor.

with the internet being such a driving force today, why do we all need to go to the doctor for the common cold?

we should be self medicating, with all basic illness.
we should be able to go into a pharmacy and get what we need without a script.

this makes total sense in my head, but i am drunk.
    get the drift?
go to CVS, buy meds, go home. get well.
i mean when you go to the doc to get penicillin for strep throat how much does the doc charge to give you a script for a $4 med?

I agree somewhat with the self-medicating.

The expensive part is when you don't know whats wrong and the Dr. runs blood tests.

After $800 in tests on me they found nothing wrong.

Yet I am on my 4th cold/fly/cough this year. Including pertussis. ( I just sneezed gosh darn it!) I woulnd't dare call my DR this last time, and my employer contributes to my blue cross to a total of over $1100 a month!).

Yet everytime I have gone in the emergency room this past year ( various minor reasons for friends and family) I have seen almost the same group of people in line ( for cheaper meds or for free something I am sure)

If you ask me I think the meds are part of the problem, I am wary of any group that spends millions lobbying in government.

The other part is the Bureaucracy.

The idiots run the asylum right now. They need some entrepreneur or someone not involved in politics or medicine to run it, like an engineer or farmer ( someone practical).

its makes sense when i am sober too.
i think it should be an option.
do we really need a doctor to prescribe amoxicillin for poison ivy?
its like $10 for the pills!

It really does make sense. I usually google everything and self diagnose just to see if I can agree with the Dr. You'd be surprised how easy it is to learn things when it's your own body suffering.
For the last 5 years, I have seen a Dr., I have always been correct on the meds before it was prescribed.
I don't think a Dr. should be involved unless testing is needed.

I agree 100%. Population control in effect. People will kill themselves by the minute and in just weeks we should be rid of the less intelligent half of the population.

Sure you do, do some research on the products, look for certain marks and numbers on pills.

Do a small order at first to obtain correct products, are they 100%

Trust me I have placed many orders from other places and never been burned, Remember it's legal for them to sell it to us, just illegal for us to buy it.

Sounds good but remember this is America soooooooooooooooooooo with Supply and Demand in mind, The drug companies would easily raise prices on all "Common Cold" meds so they still get money in their pocket.

Just playing the glass is half empty role here :)

There is no shortage of healthcare. There is a shortage of money, meaning there are too many poor who can't afford it.

Why is healthcare so expensive ? One reason is the blood-sucking vampire-leeches we know as lawyers. They have made an industry out of suing doctors and hospitals. That in turn causes the cost of malpractice insurance to go up.Then that causes the cost of healthcare to go up .

A second problem is the drug companies. They are not after a decent profit, they want to become super-wealthy at the expense of the public. They are NOT in business to help you, they are in business to get rich.So they offer "incentives" to doctors to push their drugs for them.

These are two of the biggest problems as I see it.

As to the poor being unable to afford healthcare, that is sad,but there are ways to help them without the massive boondoggle known as Obamacare. If you eliminate the first two,you can concentrate on the poor.

A sad fact of life is that there will always be poor people in this world. Some due to laziness,or the inability to plan and budget, and some due to unavoidable circumstances. However,I will always oppose "social justice" taxation in order to "help the poor".All these programs do is help them remain poor. They don't need a hand-out.They need motivation to improve their situation.

Obamacare is just socialistic healthcare and government intrusion.

so your saying in the 70% of the world where no script is required to get meds, that there are ONLY intelligent people?

in Paraguay where my aunt is a missionary, you can walk into a pharmacy and get whatever you want. you could even get morphine if so desired.
