From what I have read they are NO longer made by dodge, they are specific to the 06 SRT10, and if not bent or damaged a rebuild with new ball...

Right.. it's one of those things that you have to have experience in as it's not a bolt you can tighten to spec with a torque wrench. Good luck...
Got it.. to be honest I would start at the local dodge dealer. They will have access to the correct shop manuals and specialty tools if needed....
