No not at all. The key of a 2006 has integrated buttons for the doors and panic button. One can simply open it to change the battery and then push it together again. It is just a click. No cutting involved.

I got a 2006. There is a battery in that key.

I know it's an old topic but i ran into the same problem today. I got out of the truck and had to try 3 times to lock the doors. After a miute i opened it again and everything runs fine ow. Could it be the battery in the key that's running low ?

Jack up the truck and put axle stands under the chassis. do this in a way that the rear wheels are just free. Then loosen the bolts. Then you can use a jack to put under the axle and jack it up until the tension is of the leaf springs. You will notice this when the bolts from the shackles...

Qc and rc oem exhaust are exactly the same except for an extension in front of the muffler which makes up for the extra length of the qc cabine. The extension is a part with two pipes that connect both left. And right pipe from the cat's with the muffler.
