I was on here for about 6 months back in 2011 right before I sold my fist srt10 it sold off this platform. I just don’t remember my username at all. 12,000 miles pro charged 650hp and a blast to drive.

The gasket is literally flacking apart if I touch it areas, I was thinking I could check the torque on the head but I really don’t think that help. I’m going to keep the hood that’s on the truck I just want a stock option or the other way around.

So the truck has an after market shifter in it and when I shift the truck it feels very corse if I had to guess the previous owner replaced the stock shifter thinking it would fix this issue. From what I’ve seen online it has to be rebuild to fix what I’m feeling. I haven’t checked fluid yet.

It’s going to be a 12 hour round trip I’m not interested in getting a hotel just want to get back asap and get these parts on.
