I lived around 7th St. and Thunderbird where my Dad still lives. I think I will be living in an investment home I bought in Moon Valley at 7th Ave and Greenway. Hopefully my income improves in the next 6 months and I can stay where I am living now.

It depends on the State you live in. In Arizona and other states, if the property is your primary residence and the loan was only used to purchase the home, you will not be taxed (though I will receive a 1099C).
