After a new flywheel was put in I sometimes get a chattering or, like metal on metal sound coming threw the gear box. Stops when I put the clutch in. What went wrong on the install? I've heard of this happening just don't know what the fix is. Thanks!

Is this normal or did I not bleed the system properly? At start up it will climb to 170 and stay there. After short highway or city driving it will stay steady. After a bit of driving unless you are moving with revs up it will climb up to around 200 even with fans cutting in then it will drop...

Since I got the truck, there has been blue markings all over engine bay. I thought it was tune up related... On oil dip stick, coolent resivoir, brake fluid level etc... All the basics. I am currently doing a t stat swap and I noticed a blue mark on the BACK side of the thermostat housing...

Turns a quarter turn then stops. But nothing comes out of nipple. Tried to force it a bit and some coolent was seeping out. Couldn't tell if it was from nipple or petcock. Tightened it up and now i don't know what to do. When I unscrewed it more looked like it was going to fall out haha
