Is removing my mid cats going to effect my emmisions when its time to get tested??

Scott form Phoenix area. Got an '04 R/C, black. No real mods. I bought it used, and it has a custom paint job, K&N, and some kinda exhaust. I needed an upgrade from my 2000 Dak R/T.

On a lot of websites, I am hearing how bad the blowby is on the Viper motor. Should I invest in a breather? Or an oil can? :dontknow: Thanks.
