Yep I installed the power pop n lock system on my tailgate. It seems pretty tough and was an easy install. Clear instructions on how to find the proper wires to tap into by the lower drivers a-pillar. And mine functions great with my Viper alarm system.

Look at your harness as it routes along the R/S rear of the engine for rubbed harness or melted wires against the header. That is what was wrong with my truck and now runs like a beast again.
