i just bought a used tonneau cover for my srt, it is supposed to be from the dodge parts department, has the spoiler on it.... anyways is there supposed to be a bar running across the box sides for the closing latch to hook onto to close it and lock it down? that appears to me how it should...

i have bought a 04 rc few months ago to be my new summer vacation driver.. truck is stock right now with the cats removed. i plan on removing the factory muffler and put in 2 flowmaster 50 series or something like that with a quieter sound than super 44s....also a k&n will go in the factory...

i'm planning on bending new mid pipes for my 04 rc to get rid of the cats... i have o2 similators that wires into the rear o2 sensors but instead of doin that can the dodge dealership reprogram the pcm to ignore the rear o2 sensors? or maybe a programmer that does that?
