Got an update on your issue erobins? I cranked mine up sitting a few hours and had no power steering. Then it started working again. I also heard a whirring noise. I’m 99% sure I need to change the pump. Will dive into it in morning when its cooled off.

I also ran 1/4 mile for first time since 1990. This 6-speed truck is fun! Ran 13.6 @ 107; then 13.5 @ 107. Nitto tires at 35 psi. I rolled out easy in 1st, hit 2nd a bit too hard and got lots of slip and tire shake both runs. Going back at 20-25 psi and easing into 2nd gear this time. Looking...

Anybody ran the standing mile race in SRT-10? We have the Texas mile and Im condidering it. If youve done the standing mile, what was your mph and final gear ( i figure 5th gear 140 mph).

The factory recommended engine oil viscosity is 10w-30 for the SRT-10. 0w-20 is a full viscosity grade lower (thinner). If youre concerned about cold weather performance, try 5w-30.
