    What is the trick to getting the rear rotors off?

    Wire brush the center axle flange and soak it. I use a 3 lbs brass hammer along the outer edge's of the rotor and you got to be accurate and deliberate with every swing. Don't be shy! Hit the damn thing....

    If anyone is looking for the LiveLoadDCX program to load tunes onto your SCT 9550 tuner. see attached. This file seems to have been removed from the internet.... It is an .exe file that I zipped so it can be shared.. let see how long it stays here.

    T56 Sequential Shifter

    Although changing the shifter does help, it isn't the fix. The fix is to replace the slider keys to billet inside the trans. The factory ones are cheap stamped steel that chip and break.

    I had mine working, I simply followed the instructions. it was 12 year ago.... push learn button on garage door opener and then within 10 sec. hold the push button and the homelink button at the same time.

    High pressure is good! these truck were known to blow off the cheap oil filters, occasionally.

    Careful with the valve covers! they are made of Magnesium and don't sand blast well.... they get full of holes.... I have the billy Boat headers and ran into an issue with the steering bolt hitting one of the tubes. do a dry fit before you get them coated so you can dimple where the bolt hits...

    Oil cooler lines tips/tricks

    Pull the oil filter. it will help to drain the lines and cooler. Still, it will be a mess job. Be patient and have a large drip pan and lots of Rags/sorball . don't do it on a windy day if doing it outside. Have fun! :)

    Need help on 04 RC that won't start

    i would check the wires to the starter. the headers may have melted them.... fix that and it should crank well. Then check the otherside behind the valve cover and make sure the wires are not burned from the headers.... the 06's had the CPU issue more so than the 04's. the 04's are solid...

    Have the trans shop check the flex plate. they are known to crack and fail. could be where the vibration is coming from

    Making boost with a supercharger takes away horsepower. especially making higher boost. Turbos are "free" horsepower....

    If your 04 has both hose tee'd together, you have a large vacuum leak through the engine...... :)

    BBK throttle body hanging at high idle.

    I added a return spring to mine. Seemed to help, but on cold mornings, it still surges abit...... I think it is a tune thing..... AIC gets confused, maybe, by the size of the blades and the amount of air required to idle properly...... Make sure the throttle plates are not binding in the bores...
